What we collect, and why.
harmoni.sh collects as little as it can: what you type to book a call, and counts of visits that carry no personal data. This page says what goes where.

Who we are
harmoni is Harmoni LLC. We decide what happens to the personal data described here. For anything on this page, write to hello@harmoni.sh.
What we collect
When you book a call
Your name, work email, phone number, anything you choose to write about what you’d like to discuss, the time you picked and your timezone. We use them to hold the call, send you the invite and reminders, prepare for the call, and follow up about the work you asked about.
When you write to us
Your email address and what you write, to answer you.
When you visit the site
We count visits with our own analytics, Traks. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data: it records which pages are viewed, the site or campaign that sent the visit, and the country, browser and type of device, so we can see which pages and ads are useful. These counts can’t be used to identify you.
When you arrive from one of our ads
When we advertise on Facebook and Instagram, the Meta Pixel on this site lets Meta tell us whether a visit from an ad led to a booked call. Meta may use cookies to do this and can connect it to your Meta account, under Meta’s own privacy policy. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the pixel doesn’t load at all; where the law requires more, we ask for your consent first. You can also limit ad tracking in your Meta ad preferences.
To keep the site running
Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we’re allowed to
- Booking a call: you asked us to, and we need the details to hold it (steps before a contract).
- Answering email, preparing for and following up on the call, counting visits, security: our legitimate interest in running the business and the site, kept to what those need.
- The Meta Pixel: your consent, where the law requires it.
Who processes it for us
We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone to market their own products. These services handle it on our behalf:
| Service | What for | What it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting the site; running our booking system; sending booking emails; receiving mail to hello@harmoni.sh | Booking details, emails, IP addresses |
| Our calendar, the Google Meet link, and the inbox that receives hello@harmoni.sh | Your name and email on the calendar invite; emails you send us | |
| Traks | Visit counts, run on our own server | No personal data |
| Meta | Measuring our ads | Pixel events from visits that came from our ads |
Some of these services process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that applies, they rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking details and emails: for up to 24 months after we last spoke, unless you become a client, in which case for as long as we work together and any period the law requires after that. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Visit counts contain no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable form, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@harmoni.sh; we answer within 30 days. If you’re in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
